MEET PASTOR BOLA ADEPOJU

Pastor Bola Adepoju, fondly referred to as Pastor Bola, is the founder and visionary behind Woman on Purpose, Inc./ a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The primary objective of Woman on Purpose is to empower female youth, young adults, and women, enabling them to become catalysts for positive change within their communities.  

Bola Adepoju has a calling to assemble a diverse army of women from all age groups, races, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as the younger generation, recognizing their invaluable voices that require nurturing. She is also the founder of PBA Global Outreach, and an evangelist platform whereby souls are being won for the Lord.

Her public appearances on radio, television, and social media platforms exemplify her advocacy for women, both within and beyond the confines of the Church, includinga secular organizations. As an encouraging figure, she firmly believes that everyone has untapped potential, constantly reminding others that with God by their side, no obstacle is insurmountable. Her life motto echoes this sentiment: “There is nothing God cannot do. With God on your side, there is nothing you cannot do. The only person who can stop you is YOU!”

As the visionary behind numerous service and ministry initiatives, Pastor Bola leads programs such as Woman on Purpose outreach, Project R.E.A.C.H. (Restoring & Empowering A Community’s Hope), which serves the homeless and underserved populations both locally and in Northern Nigeria, through which she is helping to rescue children from infanticide. Other initiatives include the annual Gathering of the Eagles youth and women empowerment conference, the Total Makeover women leaders’ summit, the Youth Explosion, the “No Carryover” Prayer Summit, and the devotional series “Inspirations.” She also leads monthly initiatives such as Command Your Month Prayer and Voice of Glory, which deeply resonate within the Church, delivering God’s message for the end-time Kingdom.

Pastor Bola has authored nine books. Notably, her latest publication, “Glory in the Wilderness: A personal account of experiencing God in the darkest of times,” provides a gripping narrative of her kidnapping by rebels, an ordeal that severely tested her faith. The book has quickly touched the lives of many, offering profound lessons and inspiring readers through her remarkable journey.

Academically and professionally, Pastor Bola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Atlanta University. She has an extensive background as an educator and Human Resources professional, with multiple certifications to her name.

On a personal note, Pastor Bola is married to Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, her lifelong partner. Together, they are blessed with two adult children and several grandchildren.
