OVERVIEW: Total Makeover Women’s Leadership Summit is a transformative gathering dedicated to encouraging, equipping and empowering women to lead with faith, purpose, and excellence for greater impact. This conference brings together a diverse group of women leaders, professionals, and aspiring leaders to explore the intersection of faith and leadership, fostering growth, community, and impactful change. It is a gathering of women whose purpose is to lead change in the Church and Marketplace.
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Equip women leaders with spiritual and practical tools to discover, embrace, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose across all spheres of influence—personal, professional, and spiritual.
- Build confidence in women to lead with clarity, authority, and faith, while confronting and overcoming internal and external challenges that may hinder their leadership journey.
- Provide spiritual enrichment that helps women carry the anointing (“oil”) needed to sustain their assignments, persevere through adversity, and operate from a place of divine empowerment.

Meet Our Speakers
DR. CAROLYN DRIVER
Dr. Carolyn Driver is a church planter, ordained minister, pastor, gifted counselor, teacher, author, and certified Growth Coach and Professional Life Leadership Coach and trainer. With over three decades of professional experience in Business, Education, and Ministry, Dr. Driver brings extensive knowledge and leadership into ministry in the 21st-century.
She is the Founder and President of Christ Discipleship Ministries, Inc. (CDM), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on human and community development through innovative programs. Under her leadership, CDM has operated domestically and internationally.
In higher education, Dr. Driver served as Academic Dean at Trinity Bible College in Peachtree City, Georgia, and was a full-time professor for 24 years at Beulah Heights University in the Business and Leadership department. She also taught as an adjunct professor at Covenant Bible College (GA), Southwestern Christian College (OK), and MET in Pretoria, South Africa.
As Founder and CEO of The Driver Institute, LLC, she provides leadership training for corporations, governments, and nonprofits. She has trained leaders in Zimbabwe, Kenya, South Africa, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macao, Mexico, Iceland, and Brazil. Her media appearances include hosting a program on TBN, local and national radio and TV features, and a published column in the West Alabama Gazette. She has authored numerous training manuals and is recognized across sectors for her leadership expertise.
Dr. Carolyn Driver resides in Fayetteville, Georgia with her husband, Larry Driver.
MIN. VERA PEDERSEN
Vera Pedersen is a gifted teacher and servant leader in the Body of Christ, known for delivering God’s wisdom and truth through His Word. Her passion is to see believers understand their identity in Christ, discover their gifts and callings, and walk in wholeness—spirit, soul, and body—equipped to serve in God’s Kingdom.
Vera holds a Ministerial License from Christ Discipleship Ministries (Fairburn, GA) and a Pastoral Counseling Certificate from the Institute of Pastoral Counseling at Emerge Ministries (Akron, OH).
With over three decades of ministry experience, Vera has served both locally and globally—teaching and training in Kenya, the Philippines, South Africa, Brazil, and missions in China. She has ministered to women in New York and Georgia and taught at Beulah Heights University and conferences across several U.S. states.
She and her husband Tom have been married for 56 years and live in Peachtree City, Georgia. They are blessed with two daughters, “two sons-in-love”, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
APOSTLE BETTY C. PHILLIPS
“Jesus saith unto him. I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” John 14:6. The vision and mission of Revelation of Truth Ministries International is to open a gate of Righteousness and Truth through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ Isaiah 26:2. Resulting in the manifested presence of God in the Earth for deliverance from all that is evil.
By design God’s uncompromised Word must be heard in the Earth. It must be taught and preached without conjecture. The WORD must be taught for people to avoid judgement.
God has given me a charge to build and to plant in the house of God not mere buildings but to instruct, preach and teach a people whose faces will turn to be set like a flint. Isaiah 50:7.
God wants His glorious light to shine unhindered throughout the Earth. God will have a people who are sanctified and Holy. Ephesians 5:26-27
To accomplish this TRUTH as his chosen vessels the WORD must be taught. Ephesians 4:11-15; Matthew 28:19a, 20. For the scriptures declares
“And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” – John 8:32

PASTOR BOLA ADEPOJU
Pastor Bola Adepoju is the founder and visionary leader of Woman on Purpose, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and youth to become catalysts for positive change in their communities.
A passionate advocate and seasoned leader with decades of experience, she leverages platforms such as radio, television, and social media to amplify the voices of women—both within the Church and the broader marketplace. <br>She leads transformative initiatives including Project R.E.A.C.H., the Total Makeover Women Leaders’s Summit, the Gathering of the Eagles’ Youth & Women Conference, the Youth Explosion and several prayer and devotional platforms designed to inspire spiritual and personal growth.<br>Pastor Bola’s impact extends globally through PBA Global Outreach and the Bola Adepoju Empowerment Initiative—evangelical missions committed to spreading the Gospel, fostering leadership, and promoting holistic empowerment across nations.<br>She is also the author of nine books, including Glory in the Wilderness, where she courageously shares her personal testimony of resilience and unwavering faith following a life-altering kidnapping ordeal.<br>In addition to her ministerial calling, Pastor Bola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She brings a rich background in education and human resources, along with multiple professional certifications and honors. Her ministry is marked by both spiritual depth and professional excellence.<br>Above all, Pastor Bola is driven by a divine mission to ignite a movement of women and youth who will love, serve, and follow God unapologetically.<br>She is joyfully married to Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, and together they are blessed with children and grandchildren.
