Woman on purpose is inviting all women and female youth to attend her 2024 Gathering of the Eagles Youth and Women’s Empowerment Conference taking place on June 7 through June 8^th 2024.

On Friday June 7^th, join us for a powerful Music & Worship Extravaganza with Jars of Clay, Worshippers Intercessory Network, Lelitia Lane and other anointed psalmists.

On Saturday June 8, 2024 join us for our Greater Heights Women’s Conference and our Esther Generation Youth Conference featuring curated sessions for youth and women that will empower, refresh, impact, and undoubtedly rejuvenate you.

For our adults, the Greater Height’s Women’s Conference is sure to be a glory filled experience with sessions on Woman in Ministry and and Leadership Development and for our youth, the Esther Generation Youth conference will be a transformative experience and will feature practical and hands-on life-transforming sessions with games, music, food, prizes, and lots of fun activities that are designed to raise, inspire and fire up the ‘TAKEOVER’ generation.

Pastor Bola Adepoju

Pastor Bola Adepoju, fondly referred to as Pastor Bola is the founder and visionary behind Woman on Purpose, a non-profit organization. The primary objective of Woman on Purpose is to empower female youth, young adults, and women, enabling them to become catalysts for positive change within their communities. Bola Adepoju has a calling to assemble a diverse army of women from all age groups, races, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as the younger generation, recognizing their invaluable voices that require nurturing. Her public appearances on radio, television, and social media platforms exemplify her advocacy for women, both within and beyond the confines of the Church, including secular organizations. As an encouraging figure, she firmly believes that everyone has untapped potential, constantly reminding others that with God by their side, no obstacle is insurmountable. Her life motto echoes this sentiment: "There is nothing God cannot do. With God on your side, there is nothing you cannot do. The only person who can stop you is YOU!" Bola serves as visionary of various service and ministry initiatives. This includes the Woman on Purpose outreach, Project R.E.A.C.H. (Restoring & Empowering A Community's Hope), which addresses the needs of the homeless and underserved populations, both locally and in Northern Nigeria, the annual Gathering of the Eagles youth and women empowerment conference, the annual Total Makeover women leaders' summit, the annual "No Carryover" Prayer Summit held at the end of each year, as well as the devotional "Inspirations" and the monthly Voice of Glory, which resonate deeply within the Church, delivering God's message for the end-time Kingdom to His beloved Bride. Pastor Bola has authored nine books. Notably, her latest publication, "Glory in the Wilderness: A personal account of experiencing God in the darkest of times," released in March of this year, provides a gripping narrative of her kidnapping by rebels, an ordeal that severely tested her faith. The book has quickly touched the lives of many, offering profound lessons and inspiring readers through her remarkable journey. Education-wise, Pastor Bola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Spelman College and a master's degree in business administration from Atlanta University, both situated in Atlanta. She has a background as an educationist and Human Resource professional, complemented by several certifications. In her personal life, Bola Adepoju is happily married to Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, her lifelong partner. They have been blessed with two adult children and several grandchildren.

TOPIC: WHO ARE YOU?
Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, an ordained minister, teacher, mentor and coach is the founder of Northern Star Institute, a youth empowerment and leadership development organization. His is focused on change and growth. He believes that anything with life must grow. He has a strong desire for people to excel in their God-given assignment. He is passionate about youth empowerment, leadership development and Church growth. Dr. Adepoju is also an expert in relational issues and conflict resolution. He is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta with a degree in Banking and Finance, a Master of Public Administration degree in Finance, Master of Ministry degree in Leadership and Manpower Enhancement and a Doctorate in Leadership of Church, Ministry and secular organizations. His dissertation topic was ‘Increase of Leadership Principles among Youth. Dr. Olatunde Adepoju is committed to changing the focus of leadership. He believes an organization succeeds on both technical training and people development. He is an author of several published books and articles. He is a past president of the Nigerian Ministers’ Fellowship (NMF) in Georgia and currently serves as a board member of six organizations in the US, Nigeria and South Africa. He is employed by the United States Government and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee in Georgia. He is married to the love of his life Pastor Bola Adepoju and blessed with adult children and grandchildren.

RICHARD TRABUE

TOPIC: FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT
Richard Trabue entered the financial industry 20 years ago after graduating from Kennesaw State University with a degree in financial derivatives and stock market trading. He then worked with his father to successfully trade ETFs, options, and foreign exchange. After his father's passing, Richard wanted a career change. His love for automobiles led him to the auto industry, where he focused on sales and marketing. While boosting the sales of two volume dealerships and creating many sales leaders in that industry, he realized that his true passion was helping people become successful and that he wanted to have a more meaningful impact on the lives and retirement needs of others. That realization brought him back full circle to the financial and insurance industries. Over the last seven years, he has been blessed to have had the opportunity to educate and design strategic retirement plans for retirees and business owners, helping to ensure that they can have success and confidence with their financial futures. Richard lives in Acworth, Georgia with his three beautiful children where he ensures that each of them have the best lives they can have by remembering to help them all stay happy, healthy, wealthy and full of love.

TOPIC: POSITIONED FOR PURPOSE
Tiffany is the founder and CEO of the Excel & Exhale E² platform. She founded E² on a personal burden to let go of anxious toil and begin embracing God's design for work and rest after her first-hand experience of the effects of neglecting this design. Her lack of clarity in identity, paired with an unhealthy perspective of excellence, led to a physical and emotional overextension of herself that resulted in an emergency room visit. At this turning point, she clearly heard "excel AND exhale" in her spirit. She realized working to exhaustion does not equate to excellence, and since then, she's been committed to embracing God's design for work and rest while empowering others to do the same. Tiffany is a mentor, host, and public speaker deeply passionate about serving underprivileged youth and mobilizing her generation to fulfill the impactful work they have been designed to do. She's been invited to speak and host workshops covering topics such as identity, eliminating burnout, maximizing your professional seasons, and more for high school, collegiate, and faith-based audiences. Tiffany is based in Atlanta, GA, and works as an IT Management Professional with experience in FinTech and EdTech. She earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems and is currently working towards an MBA at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
