Our Vision - Woman on Purpose will empower “women
leaders” (every woman is a leader) to become change agents in the community by
using biblical principles and practical teachings. Our Mission: To improve spiritual stability; To restore ancient values that cause us to
cherish and value one another; To teach
life-sustaining skills; To foster healthy practices; To create opportunities for family discipleship; To create an environment for women to
network; To improve economic/financial stability; and To build a strong army of women prepared for the
second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Pastor Bola Adepoju, is the founder of Woman on Purpose, an affiliate of Northern Star Ministries, a ministry she  and her husband lead. She is an ordained pastor, pastored and co-pastored churches with several branches in North America, England, and other parts of the world. She is an advent speaker with an unusual calling to women of all ages, races and ethnic background. Her message goes to women to meet them where they are to take them where God wants them to be. She has overcome challenging years to dedicate her life to helping others transform their circumstances, and discover God's unique plan of destiny for their lives. Hers is a message of the 21st Century; a message for the voiceless, boldly declaring a message of hope, truth, and wholeness; compelling the attention of those seeking to discover their purpose in life; those seeking to launch into their destiny and those seeking to know God more. Her message goes to the abandoned, dejected, forgotten, abused and hopeless. Her passion is for people to see that God is not a God that abandons us because of what we have done or where we are.
Pastor Bola has to her credit several published and unpublished articles. Men and women all over the world say that her bi-weekly newsletter titled, “Woman on Purpose,” touches them at the core of their being. It is transmitted to women in various parts of the U.S. and overseas.
Pastor Bola models the ministry of Jesus with a view towards, “touching lives one woman at a time" as she speaks to audiences on local, national and international levels. Her primary focus is to minister to women from a perspective that it is not over until God says it is over. She is a preacher, an exhorter, a motivational speaker and a prophetic intercessor, with an unusual insight into the word of God. Her love for the unsaved, afflicted and oppressed has taken her on mission trips overseas as she fulfills her mission and call-to transform lives, heal hearts and win souls. Her passion about her relationship with God, her love for Him and His truth and her desire for people and women in particular to excel is the message she preaches everywhere she goes. Her motto in life is: “There is nothing God cannot do. With God on your side, there is nothing you cannot do. The only person that can stop you is you.”
